1. Who we are

Rubi Infusion Audio is the trade name of Lenine Da Veiga Semedo, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France, SIRET 794 467 381 00032, 50 rue Léon Zeude, 60000 Beauvais, France. Contact: support@rubiinfusionaudio.com.

2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on this website of audio plugin licences, session templates and preset packs (the Products). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

3. Checkout and payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record: it handles payment, invoicing, VAT and sales tax. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to the payment. Prices are shown in euros; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Right after payment you receive an email with your download link and, for plugins, your licence key. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Free trial

Each plugin can be used free of charge for 14 days before purchase, so you can check that it works on your computer and in your music software.

6. Right of withdrawal

Products are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Refunds remain possible under our Refund Policy.

7. Licence

Plugins are licensed, not sold. Their use is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

8. Conformity guarantee

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If a Product does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage such as loss of data, projects or revenue. Keep backups of your sessions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can find a solution together. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or a consumer mediator.
